Not in an airport but I`ve seen them on aircraft many times.

I've flown many times from Kerry airport so yes...too many nuns.

Not all of those pictures are of real nuns...their teeth are too good.

Most of the nuns that I have encountered who travel are African, Filipino or Vietnamese. Not many Westerners.

After VaticanII, 237, many nuns chose to wear street clothes. We haven't seen a habited nun since moving here...but they wander amongst us in ordinary clothes.

well the very famous Astiz - ( ath-teeth - argie - you know what I am going to say) used to fling nuns out of helicopters - over the ocean
and er refer to them as 'flying nuns' - like Dominique the singing nun

ya know why they bobbed around swathed like er a post box? standard street dress when and where they were founded Middle east 500AD onwards - and they never changed

anyway it is not how they dress, it is what they do - - pray a lot

Yes, I have done jobs at a local convent, and have driven some nuns to Stanstead airport, at this convent they wear the habits all the time.
