Patsy...Goldberg lock Cassie and her daughter in a room. When they were let out I would have thought whoever let them out might say something along the lines of
'Who the *** locked you in there?'
Which would have heightened suspicion on Goldberg and quite possibly had the other police thinking...I wonder why he did that and mmmm, I wonder where he is now?
Another thought. What was the thing about all those men disappearing around the same time in February regardless of year? Did that turn out to be relevant to anything?
the killer used the "carnival" (which happened 1ce a year) to pick their victims because that's when they killed their spouse, and maybe because it was easier with all the big hoo-haa going on around that time
I finished watching this last night and too wandered why Cassie and her daughter didn't mention who locked them in the room. The Ken and Barbie characters were bizarre but still a really good drama.
As I said on the other thread, I really enjoyed it. "Safe" is also written by the same person, and that was good too.
Have also been recommended "The Innocent" by him... which i haven't seen, but will have a look for.
