Boris's answer to avoid partygate is putting the UK at great risk. He is mouthing off at every opportunity towards the Russian's, bragging about the amount of arms being sent to Ukraine, visiting India and Ukraine, all in the name of becoming the worlds hero, and a great big thorn in the side of Putin, who we know is a madman anyhow.

No other leader is spouting off like Boris. Boris we don't need another Churchill, the situation is a lot different now.
We have already been marked for the first nuke strike by the Kremlin because of your big trap. It will only take one strike on the UK to finish us all off.

He needs to go yesterday for the kettle to cool down, before Putin finally blows his top. All the above is a good example of what a stupid PM we've got at present. Do us all a favor Boris walk out of number 10. Stop trying to save your neck at the cost of us all.

Exactly.
For too long we've said and done little or not enough in the face of the monstrous regime in the Kremlin.
Giving Ukraine your older weapons and some new ones which you get feedback on their battlefield effectiveness makes our defence procurement more relevant. I think Boris speaking out against Putin just shows what a bunch of wusses most of the other countries are.
Pull up the ladder Jack, I’m alright! Good to see the British Bulldog spirit is alive and well! Pathetic.

o god what does this mean? - who is it who has 'inane ramblings' constantly on their lips?

Bliar had domestic difficulties whilst he was involving us with the Gulf war and the less than wonderful Bush

Boris the Bonker has domestic difficulties and is puffing about Ukraine. Direct parallel to me

and invites the conclusion that they are getting involved in foreign adventures to deflect home criticism

Others - Pinochet, and perhaps well Putin
Zelensky called the Russians a bunch of stinky b a t s a r d s at his metro press conference earlier :-)
Meanwhile, our pathetic goof of a PM, Justin Trudeau has recently sent four, yes 4, yes only IV, howitzer-type weapons to Ukraine...I wonder if he sent any shells with them. He makes one shamed of being a Canadian. Strut your stuff, Boris.
Ukraine is now getting what it asked for weapons-wise
At last.
Four howitzers, if it is 4, is a pretty good deal.
Canada has sent a lot of money in aid
Unsurprisingly given it has the largest Ukraianian diaspora in the world.
I seem to recall pointing something similar out before.
I've tried to refrain from making cheap political points about Boris Johnson since the latest phase of this war started. It feels the right thing to do.
Ichkeria, four weapons to be distributed amongst thousands of Ukrainian troops fighting this war? It's less than insignificant compared to what other NATO countries are are supplying. Yes, I realize that we have a large Ukrainian population here which is contributing huge financial aid to their country of origin; however, what Ukraine desperately needs are weapons and ammunition...Four weapons and some ammunition is hardly going to have a great impact upon the situation.

A nice rant Sandra. What you say is correct to a point. It is true he has been fined for Partygate but he is the best person for the moment. Brexit, Covid, Ukraine, he has had a lot to deal with but i think his statesmanship has been good.
I would respectfully suggest that Boris Johnson ought to resign, but as he plainly isn't going to I see little point in banging on about it. He has been a tower of strength for Ukraine and is 100% correct to speak out as he has.
The only people who probably get away with it are Labour (they have to).
And of course disgruntled Tory MPs, and they are the only ones who matter. I thought there was not much chance of them moving against the PM but listening to one of them on the radio the other day he was absolutely convinced the tide had turned and there would be a challenge. We shall see. If he toughts it out, good luck to him There are more important matters.
On the "support for Ukraine" front, the country which leads on per centage of GDP given, by a country mile, is Estonia. Canada in fairness is way down the list.
Yesterday Russia urged Canada to try to persuade the US not to use WMD in Ukraine as a false flag operation (!)
Just when you think it couldn't get any more surreal:

Trudeau on the phone:
"Hi Joe, Justin here"
"Hi Justin"
"Please don't nuke Ukraine, Joe"
"Is this a hoax? Is that you Donald, up to mischief?"
"Or chemical weapons"
"Well, if you say so. Are you feeling ok, JT: those lorry protests were tough, huh?"
And at that point the SVR recording machine packs up ...

Supply the weapons to Ukraine, and keep your mouth shut Boris of what you are sending.
Only an idiot provides all this information to Putin. But the latter is the only way you can try and save ones neck back here in the UK.

They don't like it up'em; - stick it to 'em Boris !
