Why on earth has she moved into Daniel's pokey flat when there is just no room ? She was on the phone to her Mum and her Mum obviously said she loved her because she said it back - why on earth didn't she go there ?
And as for that nasty little oik Max, why is David defending him again, I thought he told him he had had enough when it became obvious he had spiked Amy's drink ? Max, in my opinion, needs to be held accountable now.
Maybe Mum lives in sheltered housing with no room; maybe her husband doesn't get on with Nickie.
I thought it odd that Nickie needed to leave her home straight away - surely rent is paid at least one month in advance and you have to give notice to quit.
It's a parent's instinct to stick up for their children - what goes on behind closed doors could be totally different. In reality, though, many parents would be unhappy with a former prostitute teaching their children.
You are right, though - Max does need to be held accountable.
Something that strikes me about Simon.....his mum was pale and his dad's definitely white, but Simon looks dark(ish). Could he really be their offspring?
Hope I'm allowed to post this, in this PC world. :0)
It's funny, everyone seems to pick on the actor who plays Simon, but I quite like him (ducks down). I quite like Jacob as well now, but couldn't stand him at first. Looks as though he may be staying around. I know Max gets hurt soon and some media outlets are asking does he die, personally I wish they would kill him off. Can't see the point of him at all and sick to death of all this Daniel/Max stuff !!
windy willow, biological parents can have children with a different skin colour, it's all in the genetics, maybe a grand parent from a different ethnic background, or even great great grandparent.
It has caused problems with fathers believing his partner has been unfaithful.
I don't think there will be a storyline about it as Simon's skin colour has never caused as much as a raised eyebrow.
