Now that Becker has been found guilty and jailed, will the company he defrauded by deception be able to take him to court to recover the monies they otherwise lost through his bankruptcy; or as someone who has benefited through the proceeds of crime – will he be required to pay back that money to his victim, or otherwise spend more time at her majesties pleasure?

Sorry, Hymie, don't know the answer. This would be a civil matter which is not my area of expertise.
That said, I imagine a "proceeds of crime" enquiry would be held to find out where he has salted away the funds which he says he cannot remember hiding. If that is successful then the people to whom he owes money will probably receive something (depending on how much is recovered).

NJ - Thanks for the reply.
The problem for his creditors is that many of Boris’s assets may be in Germany – out of reach of the UK authorities.
BTW – I liked the German news paper stories, criticising the judge in the case making Boris wait 30 minutes. By my reckoning he now has well over 300,000 minutes to wait (and that is based on your estimate of only 30 weeks inside).
