I have got The Beveridge report (welfare and NHS) Chilcot Report (Iraq) Denning report (Profumo affair) Can anyone suggest any others please?

If you'll be setting cryptic clues, the Hidden Report lends itself easily to something along the lines of "not visible". It was the report produced by Anthony Hidden QC into the Clapham Junction rail crash in 1988, with its recommendations resulting in significant changes to working practices within the rail industry.
Gray Report - Boris's lies
Calibax has mentioned the Franks Report relating to the Falkland Islands but the Franks Report of 1957 looked into the work of tribunals.
The Calman-Hine report looked into UK cancer services in 1995.

The first Cullen Report was into the Piper Alpha disaster.

The second Cullen Report was into the Dunblane massacre.

The third Cullen Report was into the Ladbroke Grove rail accident.
The Ousley Report, in 2001, looked at race relations in Bradford.

The Leveson Report, in 2012, examined the ethics, standards and practices of the British media.
The Griffiths Report, in 1983, examined management structures in the NHS.
