Sowed 3 short rows of Radish . Some of them have produced what to expect. Others where the bulb should have formed has still to swell into normal shape. Staying a radish colour but less than 5mm diameter. Any knowledgeable gardeners?

I think it's down to the recent excessive temperatures, my carrots are looking very similar to your radishes, and other veg appear small and stunted.
Keep them well watered.
Some you win, some you don't. All my leeks went straight from looking like spring onions to producing seeds for next year. It has not been a good year for me, vegetable growing-wise. Garlic foliage is yellow already, turnips weren't bad though. Didn't see the beetroot at all. There may be one or two small onions out there somewhere. The unidentified crop (didn't label and forgot what was planted) was overcome by some kind of fly/mite and ravaged by slugs & snails. I uprooted, dug over, replanted, but they didn't recover.
