Good thinking people everywhere ask this question. And with good reason, because for centuries the human family has suffered so much from horrible wars, food shortages, poverty, crime and disease. Injustice and oppression have caused a great amount of grief too. Quite often, innocent people suffer through no fault of their own. Is all of this proof that God does not care about what happens to us?
Is there any genuine hope for a better world, a world where people really enjoy life on earth to the full, free from all these troubles?

Naomi, If Nailit doesn't get the answer he wants, he says that no one has answered him. It gets extremely tiring, thread after thread.

There is no mistaking in it: If we want to be pleasing to our Creator, if we want to do that which is right by our fellowman, if we want to take the course that in the long run is the most rewarding, then we must take morals seriously. “Whatever a man is sowing, this he will also reap.”—Gal. 6:7.
If you read and understand the Bible, you will see that it is the nations around the Nation of Isreal. God told his people of the consequences. Anyway, at the end of the day youwill ALL know because the Bible was not written for nothing.

is not a good summary of the verses....
It just shows you need a modern day translation of the Bible, that is why many cannot understand it because of the old language. Todays language has changed so much that it gives it much better and clearer understanding.
//It just shows you need a modern day translation of the Bible//
God's word needs a modern day translation????
Lol!
The God of the ENTIRE universe NEEDS men to translate his will for all mankind?
Seriously?
What planet are you on?
And who are you to decide what Gods word is???
And what his exact translation is?
Come to that who are your predecessors
to decide what goes in to the Bible and what is left out?
Who gave YOU the authority to decide what

Only reading, studying, and applying with understanding the Word of our God and Creator, we can better appreciate the directive of Revelation 1:3. Indeed, it is a message for our day. Under inspiration the apostle John writes: “Happy is he who reads aloud and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and who observe the things written in it; for the appointed time is near.”
Jehovah's Witnesses are a happy people. Whenever they are together, whether at a meeting, an assembly, or a social gathering, they are talking and laughing with one another. Why are they so happy? It is mainly because they know Jehovah, “the happy God.” They serve him and try to imitate him. (1 Timothy 1:11; Psalm 16:11) Jehovah is the Source of happiness, so he wants us to be happy, and he gives us many reasons to be joyful.Ecclesiastes 3:12, 13.
