as it is paintwork-wise, or pay to get it looking pristine prior to selling? I am talking about a '63 Honda Jazz i-VTEC EXL. It looks OK from a few feet away but up close there are a few pinhead marks near the edge of the driver's door. On the passenger side a couple of small knocks have appeared where an empty parking space is used by anyone, delivery drivers, drivers reversing and so on.

I've bought and sold many cars over the years but never had this problem before. Any help gratefully received.

just leave it - I recall friends of mine who are quite wealthy - they wanted to sell their current home. Decorated it, put a new kitchen in, new bathroom etc.

After sale they were down that area and their whole home was in a skip. That's an example.

Thanks JJ and I agree they shouldn't have done that with a house but that isn't the same as refreshing a car. I'm not altering it just trying to put it back to looking pristine. xx

Well lb you could you could get a mobile smart repair company ( or one man band smart repairer ) come and have a look at it and give you a quote. Remember that the better condition it is in the easier it is going to be to sell and a better price you'll get for it.
