last time we conversed he said his COPD was very bad and he was struggling.

I think he has been housebound for some time and, as Emmie said, his COPD had got worse recently. Something must be wrong because he doesn't normally miss a day, it's very worrying. I don't know of anybody being in touch with him outside of AB

last time we spoke he said how bad he'd got with his COPD, perhaps he has had to go into hospital?
