New to gmail and learning but I can't find ow to Atach a doc to an email. Perhps the only way is to Copy and Paste the text into the msg?

click on the paperclip icon at the bottom, next to the A with a line under it.

Have found that I am using the new version of gmail. When I reverted to the old - there was the paperclip.
