One night I went to visit a friend and found her dad gallivanting completely starkers around the front lawn. Somewhat alarmed - to say the least - and fervently hoping he hadn't noticed my arrival, I beat a hasty retreat back to my car and headed straight for home. I wouldn't mind but it didn't even rain!

I never mentioned it to her.

Raining yet Jonny?

I think I’d have had a fit of the giggles and went to watch Naomi ;))))
Forget the giggles, where's my beer goggles?
I did a tap dance once. It didn’t end well, I fell into the sink.
Fortunately for my neighbours no naked dancing here, but plenty of rain now. Its quite dark out there.
Nothing here at all!! Fed up.
So relieved here to wake up to a pitter patter on the window and slowly realise it was rain. Oh joy, we so need it here in Hove. Kept on for a couple of hours and has now eased off to stop start. Sun's just come out so I don't think we'll get much more but nice while it lasted.
a few spits and spots but not enough to wet the ground yet
(as in change the concrete colour)
It's the humidity that gets me - 96% at the moment!!!
I've got some news for you, Bobbi:

1. Those flashes of light that you kept seeing while you were dancing naked on your lawn weren't lightning (as you thought they were).

2. There's a very good flash gun built into my camera ;-)
Got steady rain here now...with no need to frighten the rain gods.
Patience is a virtue ;)
we had a storm with distant thunder a couple of hours ago, complete with hail stones and the lawn flooded. Its not a lawn anymore actually. Its just dried vegetation. Hail stones came rattling down and now its back to blue sky!!
MissT currently chucking it down in Weybourne
Are you there Red! It took a long time to get there from here. We havent had any since the hail storm.
Our oldest friends are probably in Weybourne now. They have a holiday home there. Hoping to meet up soon.
No not till March, my Stepmum was telling me, she is so pleased it’s or was raining
Thank you, we now have rain, lovely and steady.
