Doesn't seem possible to speak now to ebay customer service. I have a buyer wants to return an item. I am at a loss as what to do. I find all the bumf about it confusing. She has pd the price and postage. Who does what ?
if the item is faulty or not as described you have to generate a label for the buyer and pay for it by getting the drop down bit at the side of your sold item where it says returns, but if you are not at fault and the buyer just wants a return by choice she will have to pay for that herself
Of course, she could be saying that it's not as described (as opposed to her just not liking it/changing her mind)...to avoid paying return carriage costs.
You need to ask why it is not as described, if it's clothing sizes are problematic, one company's small is anothers medium'. If you have misdescribed it you will have to accept the return.
I would argue the case with the buyer, Ebay don't care about sellers.
