I just bought some from the butcher, but forgot to ask him. Which is the best way to cook it.
Any ideas please

I think Butter chicken is an Indian dish - I get the cook-in source from Aldi.

Is yours a ButterBALL chicken?
I've had butter chicken from Waitrose - it was chicken in a buttery, tomatoey, spiced (curry-type) sauce.
As said, butter chicken is chicken pieces in a curry sauce. If that is what you have bought how you cook it depends on whether the chicken is raw or cooked
sauce not source!
