I think collective responsibility kept her in line for a bit but this last "passed in principle" action crossed a line for her. But the problem is still that a government is not only contemplating going down that insane road but actually laying the ground to do so. Clearly it isn't fit to be in charge of anything as they have indicated that they have serious hard of thinking problems.
