As i've already said, the nature of the bet suggests that this particular punter is a disciplined one. Wreckless punters don't usually go for multiples, preferring single win bets with high stakes. And certainly not on horses returned at such SPs.
Back in the ate 90s, i won £2,064 on a £1 Placepot. There was a bet i'd been wanting to do for some time, but which cost £13.20 stake. After consulting with she who must be obeyed, i played this bet each day until my returns were less than my stake - a period of almost 3 weeks. Then, the first time i dipped below the £13.20, i reverted back to my normal bets.
