Totally agree with Zacsmaster but to give you a bit more info...
You will usually be given a statement like 'I enjoy working on my own with minimal supervision'. You would then usually get a chioce of responses - Agree Strongly, Agree, neither agree nor disagree, Disagree and Disagree Strongly.
Depending on the answers you give, they are supposed to be able to tell whether you are a leader, a team player, a 'doer', etc etc
And the questions are set in such a way that you can't answer what you think they want to hear as another question worded differently will catch you out.
If you google, there are quite a few free ones online that you can try.

I attended an interveiw at a company called MONO Pumps who, at the 1st interview gave me one such test which lasted more than 30 minutes. They later said that it does not affect your ability to do the job.
When I attended the second interview the subject got dragged up, apparently, I had not done too well.
