morning, Sunday already, a day of rest for some. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today, apart from a lie in?

I have a phone call from my friend in NI at 10am, then a friend is popping round for a coffee and a natter after 12pm, which will be good. After that lunch at home, then relax i guess.

Today's forecast for the capital is a lowly 13c with rain predicted.
