there is a body of civil law about what your ex employer can demand ( and not)

your union/adviser can er advise.

You cant poach customers
and they cant forbid you from practising at all

but it is more complicated - what is the radius in miles of the forbidden circle if at all, and for how long?

and remember your ex-employer's view of the law in this area( clauses in restraint of trade) may not hem hem be the correct statement ( in law it doesnt have to be and can be his flight of fancy)

I've just remembered it's our wedding anniversary. No celebrations though. We've never bothered! Mr T says he remembered. I was slightly inebriated in the registry office at 12pm on Monday 3 January 1972

I'm just laying here thinking about our crazy day. Me in a purple trouser suit with flared trousers and a matching Cape and purple boots with platform soles. Typical 70s. Got to the register office too early, so off to the pub opposite. Found out later he was in the other bar in the pub with his mate, his so called best man. I actually can't remember much about the wedding ceremony.
