We are having Gingsters pasties, chunky oven chips, and baked beans. Maybe followed by a slice of cherry pie with custard, depends on how full we both are.
I’m going with the ‘feed a cold, starve a fever’ thing, for himself. He has no raised temperature now, but is on steroids.
I’m going with totally fed up with being stuck indoors since, well, quite a while, for myself, and not sleeping even in another bedroom because of his coughing (I know he can’t help it,poor thing, but I’m sooo tired).
And wine.
And G&T.
And anything with calories which I fancy.

I try to avoid eating Ginster's pasties on principle. I once applied for a job with the copany and, after an initial interview, I was invited to do a day's unpaid work trial, which lasted for 13 hours (5am to 6pm) without any real breaks. I never heard from them again, not even to say that I hadn't got the job!
