Left inside ankle has been a wee bit painful for a few weeks bearable not worth making a fuss over.
However this morning I wake up an I can barely walk on it and it is warm to touch.
Currently sitting with it elevated and have taken some paracetamol.
Any other suggestions?
Thank you

RH, I'm using a stick but I still have to hold on to any convenient surface to get around - and it's all so slow - but it's all I can do.

if it is red, likely to be gout innit?
Just get the pharmacy to sell you some Remedeine. Have I spelt that correctly? Anyway, there's enough bent pharmacists around now so you should't have much trouble getting some. Or maybe even ask for some Tramadol.

Clarion, taking or using pain remedies doesn't cure the problem. It just masks it. RH needs to find out what's wrong.
