All very good... lol. talking of Morecambe and Wise though, where Eric is looking out of their flat window and a blue light flashes past and we hear a siren... and he says:

He won't sell many ice screams going at that speed.
Pete and the (one-legged)Dud Tarzan audition. Pete: "I can't help noticing it, but you seem to be deficient in the leg department." "Let me stress, I have nothing against your good left leg. Come to think of it, neither have you."
Are you being served, episode "It Pays to Advertise "
Rodney and Del Boy thinking the antique watch they were selling at Christies was selling for £400,000 when in fact it was £4m and Rodney collapsed !
Les Dawson, Dick Emery, Harry Worth, Tony Hancock and Charlie Drake, far too many funny sketches from their shows to mention.
Although not a sketch show, Phoenix Nights had some hilarious parts. I particularly like the wild west night where the horse got drunk and mounted the bucking bull.
The question doesn't restrict "favourite " to television, so I vote for the Pink Panther.
"Doo you have a leeezonse for that Minky?"

"I thought you said your dog did not bite." - "That's not my dog"

Most of the above but I would add the "Gas Cooker Sketch" from Monty Python
"Les Dawson, Dick Emery, Harry Worth, Tony Hancock and Charlie Drake, far too many funny sketches from their shows to mention."

FIRST YORKSHIREMAN:
And you try and tell the young people of today that ..... they won't believe you.
Hale and Pace Yorkshire Airlines.
Tony Hancock The Blood Donor where he is talking 'very Scottish' to the Doctor who turns round and say 'We're not all Rob Roys'. 'Half a pint? That's very nearly an armful', from the same episode.
Not a bad choice, NJ.

Also the whole Piranha Brothers sequence in the same episode.
What - were doing favourite comedy sketches again?
One that deserves a mention.

I love the Armstrong and Miller World War 2 pilots who talk with "modern street slang".

Here is one

Another Armstrong and Miller as World War 2 pilots talking modern slang

Del meeting Raquel at Waterloo station, under the clock and taking her to the Rib Room at the Hilton for lunch.

"Sir, a telephone call, it's from your New York office."
