Looking Forward To The Weekend?

Do you have any nice plans for the weekend? Anything nice cooking, or whetting your appetite?

We've invited his parents up on Sunday for a Lamb Dinner as it's MIL's birthday today and they babysat for us last night.

Tonight we're cooking Surf 'n' Turf with a Café de Paris butter, beef dripping chips (the proper stuff no less) and mushrooms.

Other than that I'm not venturing far this weekend. We have got a gift voucher for a meal at a nice local restaurant and we were thinking of going tonight but decided to save it for a warmer evening.

It's getting a bit hotter here too. OH just fetched the rolled up butter out of the fridge and asked me if I wanted to feel its girth !! The dirty bat !!
