Beware of Sebor absinthe though. Lots of pubs stock it now but it's cheaper than other makes and tastes a bit rough, IMO. I don't live in London tho so can't help on where sells what...

There is a shop on Old Compton Street that sells loads of varieties but you'll have to drink it on the street!
