They say that time goes faster as one gets older. If that's true then, going by how fast Friday has come round once again, I must be at least 190 - although I don't look a day over 150, honestly ;-)

A decent enough start for me this week, I feel, with FIVE out of seven in the main quiz:

Not too bad for me in the junior quiz either this week, with FOUR out of five:

I could only manage 'middling' in the sprint event though, with just FIVE out of ten:

Your turn, folks!

Good evening, Ken. Welcome to the elite! We're joint top with the mighty Lie-in King at the moment! (Something's wrong there, surely???)

Let's hope that your luck lasts with the bookies this weekend ;-)
You're still speaking to me, that's a good sign:-) Our gaffer was full of praise for the Tractor Boys. Let's hope you play as well in the remainder of your league games.

Ipswich are doing what they usually do, getting off to a good start but then dropping back. (They've only won one of their last 5 games). However, if Plymouth and Derby can lose a few for us, there's still hope left yet.

(I don't mind Sheffield Wednesday being in the top two. The people that I think of as family are Owls fans and I had a good friendship with Jack Charlton when he was the manager there).
Thanks Chris, a poor week for me, not having taken much notice of this sort of news due to other events occurring!

5/7
2/5
4/10

That's still a lot better than some people have managed this week, anyway, Twix!
5/7,2/5,2/10. Not the best scores, about to desert the kitties for another week in Norfolk, let’s hope I get forgiveness when I get back. Trust all is good with you and yours.
Oh dear! 4/7 and 1/5. Not even a kid at heart this week Chris!

Catching up with the latecomers . . .

Hi, Campbellking. Welcome to the Fabulous Fivers' Club on the first quiz, anyway. I hope that you don't have as many problems at Norfolk passport control as we poor Suffolk folk do. They definitely don't like us up there in that very backward county ;-)

I'm sure that Bailey and Puss Puss will forgive you if you feed them enough treats when you get home! (My lot are all fine, thank you, and looking forward to their 9th birthdays on Tuesday, as am I).

At least you avoid any zero scores, 10CS ;-)

[More latecomers still welcome here, of course]
I'm getting worse! 1/7. 3/5, 3/10.

Well, at least you're still avoiding any zero scores, Caran ;-)
