My boyfriend constantly goes to see his ex wife in a psychiatric hospital who is in there for life every time he goes and visits her it’s like he DOSENT love me he knows it upsets me. It’s like he DOSENT love me. Only reason he is with me is he can’t be with her. He keeps saying no that it’s in my head but it’s not

What if it was you that was in a psychiatric hospital with no hope of getting out. Would you not appreciate visits from someone who was once an important part of your life.

IMO it if you that has an issue that you need to deal with, rather than your boyfriend. You have assumed reasons for his behaviour that you opt to believe but offer no evidence that it is the reality.

Maybe try to apply a more compassionate interpretation of what is going on and you may not feel as mistreated as you are presently choosing to.
If you can remain calm then by all means tell your boyfriend your fears so he can put his side of what is happening, but don't do so in an accusive manner but as a genuine discussion on how you feel and how you can be assured.
