Morning... Trying to find a good reason not to carry on the job I started yesterday (mounting pieces of embroidery). Such a faff! But the only framer ; locally, that knows how to do it properly isn't accessible by public transport and he is very expensive.

Jet-lag is so tiring, I'm never sure whether to get more sleep or try to wake myself up.
Personally, I like to face the sun and take ten deep breaths, to kickstart the day, it works for me.
