Anyone bother to have a listen to Ken on Greatest Hits today? I thought he sounded uncomfortable and self-conscious, and turned off after 20 minutes. Shan't tune in again. I wonder if he's got any regrets.

I've tried Greatest Hits before but find the music bland. When I'm back at work I might tune in for Popmaster but nothing else.

I've also virtually given up on Radio 2, except for Jo Wiley.
20 minutes? Give the guy a break?

The Mail had an early headline saying Ken was going to struggle with the timing of his broadcasts.
I would listen to R2 if they gave the entertaining OJ Borg a regular daytime slot.
I listened for a while whilst in the car but can't stand the adverts all the time, so much as I love Ken, I'll be tuning into Vernon Kay when he starts. I listened a few times when he's been filling in for somebody and thought he was very good.
Ken seems to have joined the ' let's get over excited, bordering on the hysterical' brigade. Switched off after the quiz, will try again tomorrow to see if he's calmed down a bit.
Can't listen to commercial radio stations, so won't be tuning in.
Sighs of relief in the building trade as the daily 10.30 ritual has been restored. ;o)))
So that's why Greatest Hits has stayed available on FM. Those plaster and emulsion splattered old radios don't get digital.
Some things just don't travel well, maybe if he's left to settle Ken will find the old magic.
It's early days yet, new programme time, new setup. Give Ken time to settle in!
"...emulsion splattered old radios......."

You been in my shed, Hoppy?
