Good morning Lady J. It is fun living on a farm, i spent a few years of my youth on my fathers farm and all the space is liberating.

Thank you William and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Very quiet most of the time but it does have moments of visitors - very unexpected ones usually.

Morning all, craft group this afternoon, need to pop into shops in way home for some more salad. And wax moth caterpillars for the blue tits. They love them but at two small tubs for £5 I have started giving them just a few in the morning and evenings. But they did get two large broods away last year so I am sure if helped. It was lovely when they brought the young ones up to the feeders but very noisy

It's so funny watching them pick up the really big ones , I a lso put out fat blocks,seed and suet pellets, don't get many birds up this high, but when they find me they tend to stick around

True... Think I'd better get myself sorted, haven't had brekkie yet... I think I have some black pudding to use up, with eggs and toast...
