My meal this evening was probably 'weird', by most people's ideas, but it was definitely yummy all the same!
Item 1: A third of a can of corned beef, cut up into pieces.
Item 2: A third of a can of baked beans (heated), with a teaspoon of hot curry powder added.
Item 3: A third of a tube of Sour Cream and Onion Pringles, crushed into pieces.
Lovely jubbly!

Pizza with salad. Tomorrow, poached salmon with Jersey Royals and either a bit of salad or some asparagus if I can get some. Saturday? Probably cold Continental meat with salad and home-made potato salad (leftovers). Sunday? Thinking of pork loin chops & - whatever the weather brings!
