An assortment of fruits, finely chopped and mixed with a couple of teaspoons of Greek style yoghurt and a small pot of strawberry mousse. Perfect on a hot day like today.

It's quite a salty Anchovy paste. A very acquired taste that, fortunately, no one else in the family has because it's a bit pricey and comes in a very small plastic tub. I happen to love anchovy's. :-)

I love anchovies so I would love this paste. I would spread on a digestive to get the sweet n salty taste.

We were in Italy recently and for lunch I had a plate,of 4 local cheeses which were served with nutty cob bread and a small pot of jam and one of honey. It was so simple but one of the best lunches I’ve ever had. Just been to Lidl and bought things to recreate it.

I've been wanting to try Gentleman's Relish for a long time as I love anchovies...I eat them out of the tin.
I just had a handful of Chicharricos pork scratchings from Lidl. Just crunchy enough and not too salty.
