Government control or individual choice??

The local government seems to be leaning towards the former, the Welsh food industry objecting and saying 'leave it to us to educate choice'.

Now how do you think the balance should be, if there should be balance in this at all?

Please - no 'eat daffies' as they are poisonous.

Just eat what you want. Cobblers to everyone else. if you follow all the advice and guidelines, at least you'll die fit.
For England the stats are 25.9% of adults in England are obese and a further 37.9% are overweight but not obese.

Yeah but who cares? And why?
What? No Mc Donalds, KFC or deep fried Mars bars?
Goodness me ,what is the world coming too.
The effects of being overweight costs the NHS a lot of money.
Fat parents raise fat kids, risking life long health problems for them.
Poor health and fitness affects work, causing problems for employers and leading to long term sick benefits.
The government should ban fat ***!!

That will fix everything.
I still say: eat what yer like, when yer like and take no notice of sanctimonious know-alls.
Right, I'm off for me brekkie. Full English, not Welsh. Bacon, egg, sausage, fried bread, black pudding. Yummy! :o)
