How do I know which renewal to use when going online to Norton. There are so many options to choose from. I bought my computer 3 months ago and was given cover for the first 3 months on the anti-virus. I now need to renew but do not know which one to choose. My system is showing that I have Norton Anti-virus 2004 and personal firewall.Thanks. Sue Emery

You're lucky, I didn't get any free Norton cover & I only bought mine a week ago! I think I'll phone HP tomorrow & ask them why!
