Good morning Birdies. I hope you are well. It's my turn to buy the lottery tickets for the work syndicate this week and I've just checked the numbers for last night and we've won £30. It doesn't equate to much when split between 13 people but it's better than a poke in the eye!

It's Thursday so only one day until the weekend - gosh - where has this week gone ?!?!

Good morning from a very warm Mijas Pueblo, went to Gibraltar yesterday , only last November you had to park up and cross a runway when there wasn’t a flight due in, now there’s a subway under the airport which I think spoils it as the view of that magnificent rock has been taken away from you as the subway comes out at Main Street ,

Morning all - a little overcast down here so probably humid out there, sunny intervals this afternoon, a max of 22° - much lower than most of the country. Taking on my triangular trip to day - as in Camborne, Falmouth/Mylor and back to Truro for a wee shop and then return here mid-late afternoon. Good hoohaa yesterday as I took on my company after they had missed some hours entry for my 'covering for others' work but, even worse, spliced off three times what they should have done for tax - and with me having just received my tax statement with them lifting off income between now and April. Hopefully a credit will be swinging my way - rapidly so!

Margo - no chance of returning to Turkey. It's a shame as we'd already booked a lovely hotel for next year with a swim-up room but I've changed it now.

Bobbi, I hope you are having a lovely time. Moules is okay in himself but he's still loose and hence he's not at school again today. There is an Imodium syrup you can get for children so OH will get some of that on the way home.
