I can't say I've ever thought such a dream was real, but I do recall once coming to with such a start that I banged the bedside light on & looked around - who or what for, I had no idea.

Lynne is the most frequent visitor to my dreams (of folk I've known) & I recall a few well enough to know we do get up to some daftery, but I've never considered them so graphic that they feel real.

Yes, naomi, it happens to me all the time, my dreams are so vivid that they often stay with me all the next day

Never dreamed about my dad at all after his death 20 years ago.

But after losing my mum 2 years ago, I have repeated dreams about them both.

Usually 'sneepy' type dreams.

Where they both reject me or dont know who I am.

Weird.
