...the crossword.  It doesn't seem the paper it once was.  No magazine, for a start.

Or is it I've overlooked some of the sections?

They ditched the Stella magazine in January last year

It's all on sunday now - for which one pays £4!!! unless you have their vouchers and this averages the paper out at £2.30 - but that's going up in December by another 23p

Hope you have done the crossword, a pleasure to come as I have been playing at house handyman twice this morning, all repaired it seems.....

£3 on Sunday, £4 on Saturday

I stopped buying newspapers quite a while back, saving myself around £500 per year. I was amazed at how much i was spending when i first sat down and actually worked out the expense.

Took a while for me to get used to not having a paper in front of me - especially when studying the nags - but i don't miss them one iota. Let's face it, all they contain is yestetrday's news.

The Sunday Times I reckon is about half the size it was 10 years ago. I think we are in the dying days of printed newspapers. Will they exist at all in 10 years time?
