car was bought 5 months ago, 2nd hand, and for the past 3 months it has been back and fore to garage for one thing after another. Mainly warning lights coming on for no reason, air conditioning not working and windows getting stuck. Had enough so what are chances of getting money back, as garage has had more use of car than me and usually without curtesy car either, which again is something they promised at purchase time. As i have 14 mth old and new arrival any time now i dont want to be broken down in middle of highlands.any suggestions?

It is a renault megane and bought from dealer inverness. 3 month warranty but problems were showing within first 2 and they never seem to solve them completely as they either reappear within weeks and then some other ones as well. Havent spoken to headoffice yet. The garage have now given me the option to get another car but pay the difference as they say my car has lost value since buying it. Not sure how much will have to pay but would rather to swap cars without anything extra being paid.
