Good morning,  sitting here with a pot of tea, and a pretty much empty day ahead. The last one before Christmas day.  Finished my knitting, could start something new,   but will probably just curl up on the sofa with my kindle and a pack of chocolate digestives.

I'm not in a tread lighly mood.  I'm inclined to stomp heavily and get things done.

I suspect that urge will wear off by 8am

Don't drink as much beer as I did when Redman was alive,  we always tried to find something interesting in the run up to Christmas,  previous favourites included Greenback brewery Baltic Trader which is an 11.4% imperial stout that tastes like Christmas cake in a glass,  and Ad Hop Christmas pudding beer, was meant to be around 11% but the lad who brewed it reckons it 'got away from him'  and ended up at around 13% so he didn't sell it but gave bottles to all his friends.   

Nowadays I would see what is on in brewdog,  last time I was in there they had a 14% chocolate caramel truffle stout which was mindblowingly good and would be amazing with chocolate fudge cake or a sacher torte

Howling good beers from the wolf brewery, Norfolk, try Lavender honey beer if you will😍

Lavender honey.... Sounds like a good summer beer will look out for it  if I get back to Norfolk, or some of the bigger beer festivals

Morning everyone. Its sunny and pleasant here in Ibiza.  Gets chilly at night. An empty day ahead as Mr N is cooking the dinner as he does most days now! He has always in 48 years cooked Xmas lunch!
