Any feedback on this energy supplier please? They seem to be cheaper than my current supplier (Npower) but just wondered how they are with customer service. All comments gratefully received! Thanks. x

The customer service seemed the same as most - we wanted to change to the fixed charge to 2010 deal and were supposed to be sent the paperwork to confirm, however never received it so in this time the charges have gone up. We'll have to contact them again to sort this out. My opinion is that the customer service in this country is so touch and go anyway you might as well go for the cheaper price and see how it goes..
I saw off a Southern Electric rep this week when it came to comparing unit prices for both energies. He and I agreed that British Gas was the cheapest using the BG CLICK on line pricing.
And then a day later Npower issued its on line pricing which came out slightly cheaper than BG.
I wouldn't fix prices now with the rates expected to fall next year.
