My online grocery order has been cancelled, even though I was told "its on its way" several times. They really put the boot in when they told me. "my order had been cancelled", after 2 days of waiting.

Anyone else had this kind of trouble?

A few weeks ago it happened to me - it wasn't cancelled, it just didn't turn up. When I complained they said they couldn't trace the order.  They did refund my money though. But I've never used them again.
