Hope you are all keeping well.

I am hoping the second storm didn't damage the garden anymore as I am already having to replace a greenhouse and large cloches.

Keep well everyone.

Good morning Johhny - how the devil are you and as always you are right.

Good morning all.

The wind is causing havoc, my log store has blown over twice, and I had to cut and clear away a fallen tree from the lane.

I think I've got away light, from what I've heard on the radio, though.

Take care andstay safe folks

Morning,   no damage here but I could hear chainsaws in the early hours so suspect a tree came down and blocked a main road.

Hazy sunshine at the moment so will enjoy it while it lasts.

Morning. Might have to do some housework today to relieve the boredom 🙄

just back from blood test - 4 attempts and the nurse decided as she had got a vein to do more than orginally asked for - just to save me going through this all again.

Thanks nursie

A late good morning from me.  Its bright, some blue sky and the wind has dropped.  Have a good day

I was told to drink plenty of water before blood tests so that my veins actually provide blood!

Question Author

I am told the same, also warmth is another thing and the afternoon for some reason

Yep, likewise.

yes, take a bottle of water with you and drink some just before the tests; the veins swell up quickly. They had a nightmare (and so did I) hunting for my veins recently, because it was an operation and nil by mouth.

And sorry about your greenhouse and cloches, Red.  We have been relatively lucky in this area.

Its OK lottie - gives me an a reason to go to the garden centres rather than just saying I want to go for a mooch
