What Physical Activity Have You Done This Week?
Just been for a short run, felt like crap (fatigued for some reason) but it's what I needed.
Maybe we blame our circumstances on others too much. Maybe being taken advantage of, neighbours throwing crap in our gardens, feeling down, being overweight is more our own fault than we think.
Perhaps we should aim to be stronger - physically and mentally, build resilience, be more physically active - we all know the benefits.
What exercise (this includes a short walk) have you done this week?

Long story - I tried to get out of an old lady's equally old armchair (doing a good deed by visiting!) - and my quads twisted! Result - damage to both sciatic and femoral nerves.
So X-ray looms on 6th in case my hip replacement of 20 years ago now needs replacing etc. etc.. Meanwhile I am happy to be able to get to the loo! :)
