Eu Compeition Law. Any Issues With Using An Extended Consumer Warranty To Encourage Suppliers To Buy Our More Expensive Batteries?
Just an idea, and checking whether it is okay. My research has brought up treaty on the functioning of the European union article 102 competition law.
I fell into a research hole and now i am curious what would happen with a large market share.
If we sell things such as cameras, electric hoovers, doorbells, wheelchairs, etc. Things where other brand batteries can attack instead.
I think we would have to offer a two year warranty in the eu, but say I offer a four year one if they buy our expensive batteries too, is that ok? Is that what tying is?
I hate not being able to find an answer to all the curiosities in my brain!!
Thanks for reading...
