Computer Virus?

My computer seems to have a virus. When I turn it on it gives me options to start it, safe mode, safe mode with networking or open windows normally etc. Whichever I try it comes back to the same options. Does anyone know what to do or if there is anyway I can get into the computer. I have a new computer but the old one has some important files

First check the leads to your hard drive.

If this does not solve the problem then try and put the old hard drive into the new computer

You may be having a virus. Norton, AVG , Avast are widely antivirus software. You can download these
