Put some chicken breasts into a container tonight, cover the chicken with runny honey, crushed garlic, and squeeze lemons over it, then leave it in the fridge over night.

When you are ready to cook tomorrow night pour it all into a roasting dish and put some new potatoes in there too loosely cover with foil and leave on a medium heat for about 40 minutes.

All you have to do then is slpa a few salad leaves and bits on a plate et voila a yummy dinner that sounds quite posh (well for me anyway).

(Oh and if you really want to push the boat out I slash the chicken rbeast and poke bits of garlic in there too)
What about fajitas? You can prepare the filling earlier then reheat when needed. Then you just bung everything on the table and everybody puts their own together. Lots less work for you and great fun.
What about sea food chowder?
Try pot noodle. Food of Britain, isnt it?
Busybee - How about sharing a a massive pizza. Tesco stock some quality one's, large oblong ones & traditional round ones.
