Online Banking Stress.
Is it just me, or does anyone else find online banking draining ?

Not sure why that should be because they rich businesses and should be able to afford the best, but usually deliver dross." - I work for a bank and I agree, I see stuff like this every day. The problem is software devlopment is not done properly any more. When I first started in IT, before we ever devloped a system we would spend time understanding the function and the users and how they want it to work, what they find annoying etc, features that helped them etc. Sadly these days you get what someone thinks is intuitive, usually someone that is never going to have to wrestle with the monster they create. They start coding before they start designing, wrong, wrong, wrong!
