You only need a password for wifi, not for your phone connection.

If there's no network available, then possibly . . .
(a)  there's no SIM card in the phone.  (Put one in) ; or
(b) the SIM card's not properly slotted into the phone.  (Take it out, wipe it with a tissue and put it back in) ; or
(c) you've got no credit on your phone.  (Top up your account) ; or
(d) you're out of range of a phone mast that uses your network.  (Unlikely but try taking your phone outdoors to check) ; or
(e) there's a problem with the network that you're using.  (Try googling the name of that network, such as 'Vodafone' or 'Asda Mobile' along with something like 'Status', to see if there are any known faults).

tried  all the help   no  luck   i got  the  phone  set  to  auto  connect  still  no  luck

'Auto connect ' only applies to your WiFi. If you're seeing 'No network available ', it suggests that your phone can't connect to Vodafone, Asda Mobile or whatever other network you're with
