yes get some beetroot, liquidise it, sorted.

Roasting or steaming beetroot before blending it will ensure that it is more beneficial to health. A good blood pressure control food.

a smidge of salt, maybe a little ground thyme, oregano, rosemary, or heaven's help it, chilli or chipotle.
