Is american cheese still good if it is left out over night?

Veldetta is ok , as when you buy it , its not in the fridge but on a shelf .

I live in the USA - Kraft American Slices (or another brand like that) or Velveeta - will be fine overnight - I have done that before and no problems.

if its been made near canadian border it may go off but otherwise it will keep.

'American cheese' , or processed as it's known everywhere else, is crap in or out of the fridge. Buy some proper stuff. Americans don't make cheese, just the plastic sheets they chuck on their fat burgers.
