No one has said he's mentally unfit for office, well except for the obvious ones that would be saying it whatever.

What has happened is that he has decided, after alot of persuading, not to run for another term because he's clearly too old.

In it a mentally challenged gardener found himself in the White House.

It was a satire but had a grain of truth in it.

It's said Reagan wasn't all there towards the end of his tenure in Pennsylvania Avenue. Perhaps being the full shilling isn't really necessary for the highest office in the USA.
